How do I earn cash in my account? You earn cash into your account by successfully completing offers that are made available to you when you are logged into SurfBounty. Successful completion of an offer is determined by the advertising partner who is making the offer available to SurfBounty members. Each advertising partner defines successful completion based on different requirements, which could include age, gender, geographic location, selection of co-registration items, and/or purchase of services or products. How many times can I earn cash in my account? There is no limit as to how many times you can earn cash into your account. As long as there are offers available to you, you can continue completing them and earning cash into your account. How many times can I earn for the same offer? You can earn cash only ONCE for each offer. What does "Earned - Pending" mean? This means that you have earned cash into your account for successfully completing an offer, but this offer earning cannot be included in a request for payment. Individual offer earnings must be 30 days old before they can be included in a request for payment. What does "Earned - Payable" mean? This means that you have earned cash into your account for successfully completing an offer, and you can include the offer earning in a request for payment because the 30 day waiting period has elapsed. What does "Balance" mean? This is the total amount of earnings you have accumulated in your account since you last requested a payment. It is the total of all offer earnings, whether they are Pending or Payable. How do I get paid? Once the total of your Payable earnings are $50 USD or higher, you can request a payment from SurfBounty. Your balance will be reduced by the amount of Payable earnings you have accumulated. You will then be asked to provide proof of identity that includes your name and postal address. Once the proof is sent to us, we will send your funds via PayPal at the beginning of the month immediately following the month in which you requested payment. What happens if I don't earn cash for an offer? If you were not credited for an offer, the most likely cause is that you have not met the advertising partner's requirements. Each advertising partner defines successful completion based on different requirements, which could include age, gender, geographic location, selection of co-registration items, and/or purchase of services or products. If you are sure you have met all of the advertising partner's requirements, please send all supporting documentation (such as confirmation e-mails) showing that you have successfully completed an offer to our support team.
